We have stained more than 5,000 linear feet of fence for HOAs, developers, and commercial clients, including Ryan Homes, Indigo Pointe, and Reidville Town Center. We also paint storefronts, commercial restrooms and interiors, and neighborhood entrance signs. Same moisture check and penetrating stain as a backyard job, same prep-first painting as a house, scheduled and sequenced like a commercial crew. COI available on request.
HOA and builder perimeters are the volume work: 5,000-plus linear feet stained for associations, developers, and commercial clients. Named jobs include the Ryan Homes perimeter, Indigo Pointe, and Reidville Town Center. The painting side covers storefronts, commercial restrooms and interiors, and neighborhood entrance signs. We carry liability insurance and can send a COI before a crew shows up. Interiors and storefronts get quoted after we see them.

Superior Stain Solutions did a fabulous job including pressure washing our 2 covered porches days before applying the stain several days later. They completed both porches in one day that included removing the gutters in the process. I love the color I selected as shown with the before and after photos. I highly recommend them if you have a fence, deck or a porch project needing professionals!
